Centered was created through a partnership between two community-based behavioral health centers, Jefferson Center for Mental Health and Mental Health Partners, and a clinically integrated network they formed called Front Range Health Partners.
Front Range Health Partners offers a variety of clinical and administrative support services for healthcare purchasers and employers working across the front range region of Colorado. This includes increasing access to a continuum of mental health and addiction recovery care, comprehensive support for individuals and families and proven performance and value.

Amy Longe- Health Coach

Amy Longe, BA,CIHNC, RYT, CHt

Amy is a Health and Wellness coach at Jefferson Center. She has been passionate about holistic health and wellness which has led her to pursue many different trainings. She received her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, completed YTT-200 in India, is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Amy’s approach to health is multi-dimensional. True health and happiness is much more than the food you eat and the exercise you do. Incorporating other aspects of life into the discussion can lead clients to increased self-awareness and motivation to change. Amy believes that everyone has the answers within, and she lovingly supports others in become more aware of their internal guidance system, empowering them for a more aligned and joyful life.

Chelsea Vibert
Chelsea Vibert- Wellness Class Instructor and Therapist

Chelsea Vibert, LPC

Chelsea is the Clinical Cordinator for Centered and helps out with wellness class instruction and therapy. She received her Master’s degree in International Disaster Psychology and specializes in trauma-based treatments, such as EMDR and TF-CBT. She works with youth, families, and adult clients providing individual, group and family services at Jefferson Center.

Meghan Pataky

Meghan Pataky, DSW, LCSW, CACII

Dr. Meghan Pataky is a licensed clinical social worker and addictions counselor practicing in Denver, CO. She began her career in social work as a residential counselor at a short-term treatment facility for children and adolescents with severe social, emotional, and behavioral disorders. Throughout her career, Meghan has continued to support the most at-risk children and families through work in child welfare, school-based services, private practice, and integrated medical care. Meghan has over 15 years of direct practice experience and over 12 years of supervisory and management experience. Meghan currently works as the Director of Integrated Care Services at Jefferson Center and as an Academic and Field Advisor for Columbia University’s School of Social Work. Meghan received her Masters of Science in Social Work from Columbia University in 2010 and her Doctorate in Social Welfare from New York University in 2018. Meghan’s academic and clinical experience position her to be an effective social work practitioner, supervisor, teacher, and manager.

Brooke is a Health and Wellness Coach, providing education and empowerment for individuals wanting to better their lifestyle. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences at DePaul University in Chicago, IL, and her Certification in Nutrition Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is passionate about educating and motivating individuals to be their best self. Her favorite health and wellness topics are nutrition, exercise, and disease prevention. Brooke has 4 years of experience working in the fields of Health and Wellness, Physical Therapy, and Functional Medicine.

Dustin Shivar
Dustin Shivar- Supervisory Consultant

Dustin Shivar, MA, LCSW

Dustin, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in North Carolina and Colorado, with over 10 years of experience serving adults, children/ adolescents, couples, and families in a variety of practice settings over my progressive career in human services. He attended East Carolina University, and he possesses a Master of Social Work degree from that institution earned in 2011. He has worked with patients struggling with an array of stressors including depression, anxiety, relationship impairments, family conflicts, bipolar disorder, OCD, and ADHD. Additional areas of expertise include: grief/loss, adjustment/ transition, building motivation, communication, relaxation, and improving self-concept.

Dustin describes his counseling style as “respectful, empathetic, interactive, engaging, direct, straight-forward, and practical while emphasizing the personal strengths, talents, wisdom, and self-awareness of the patient to succeed at using these strengths to resolve one’s own personal difficulties.” He believes in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, while not subscribing to established stereotypes. His therapeutic approach combines aspects of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, solution-focused, and reality-based treatment modalities. He is skilled at tailoring dialog and treatment plans to meet each person’s unique and specific needs. In addition to providing therapy/counseling, he also brings 10+ years of experience providing clinical and administrative supervision in a variety of practice settings.

Sarah is currently a Community Engagement Coordinator, providing psychoeducation and professional development to individuals and teams on mental health and wellness at Jefferson Center with the Centered Team. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She specializes in trauma-based treatments and attachment theory. She is passionate about offering empathetic and actionable support that empowers individuals, couples, and organizations to cultivate a fulfilling life, while maximizing their potential.

Lauren Reedy
Lauren Reedy- Therapist

Luaren Reedy, MA

Lauren Reedy has an MA in Counseling Psychology and Dance/ Movement Therapy from Antioch University New England. She has been working in the behavioral health field (addictions and mental health) since 1998. Lauren has worked in traditional outpatient, intensive outpatient, PHP, inpatient, and residential settings, supervising staff, leading groups, and doing individual therapy. She is skilled at using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). She has also been trained in and used equine-assisted therapy, dance movement therapy, and other expressive arts therapies with clients in the past.

Charles Floyd, MA

Charles is a Community Engagement Coordinator providing psychoeducation and professional development to individuals and teams on mental health and wellness at Jefferson Center with the Centered Team.. He received his Master’s degree in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver’s Graduate School of Professional Psychology. As a retired combat veteran from the United States Army, a recent emphasis is how he can focus his efforts to best serve the veteran population. He is currently a Community Engagement Coordinator, providing psychoeducation and professional development to individuals and teams on mental health and wellness. He interned with the team and continues to work as a member of the clinician pool, at Jefferson Center’s Walk-In Crisis Center.

Kathryn Dunn
Kathryn Dunn- Supervisory Consultant

Kathryn Dunn, LSCW, LAC

Kaite, is a Licensed Clinical Social Work and Licensed Addiction Counselor focused on developing trauma-informed, culturally responsive, growth-oriented, and healing-centered services and systems. Working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings, including residential treatment, in-home services, primary care, and public schools. Experience developing and facilitating trainings and teaching as an adjunct social work faculty. Kaite currently works as a clinical coordinator on the integrated care services team at Jefferson Center for Mental Health.

Stephanie Herrera, MA, MCHC

Stephanie is currently a Health and Wellness Coach at Jefferson Center. She earned her Master’s in Forensic Psychology and her Master Certification of Health Coaching (MCHC) from Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. She has 10 years of experience working in the mental health field, specifically within education, as a Therapist/ Counselor. She recently migrated toward health and wellness coaching and is passionate about supporting others in their journey to live a life that is full, balanced, and meaningful.
